Originally EPICA Analytics (EA) was conceived as a supplement BI tool for the Data Dashboard. But unlike Data Dashboard which the main purpose is to observe and get insights from users' behavior patterns, EA provides a possibility to overview an aggregated historical data on certain dimensions: number of anonymous and identified users who have visited a client’s website, number of clusters, number of users. Therefore EA captures evolution in the size of clusters and the number of users.
As a rule, the data in EA is updated daily. The access to EA can be provided after negotiation with the client's partner. After that, the link to EA will appear in the Data Dashboard.
At the moment EA contains several sections: Statistics, Charts, and Analytical report.
Subsections statistics and charts are common for all clients and contain tables and charts that can be filtered, sorted and downloaded as CSV File. You will see the behavior of users, clusters, recommendations, and Short URLs.
You could activate Analytical report with your client partner, this section brings the opportunity to know the behavior of your clients regarding several dimensions and metrics and the possibility of filter by dates.
