User guide EPICA Analytics
EPICA Analytics platform has differents easy-to-use modules that will help you to see and manage your historical data.
You find 4 modules, that allows search and see much information, like users in a different range of time or how it works your URLs.
This module will allow you to see and compare the data growth of your website.
Each submodule shows you the data regarding your interest.
In this module, you can see all the unique users who visited your website and see the growth of each day.
If you have more than one asset, you can select any of them, set a time range and download a table with that information.
In compare two dates module, you can choose a frame time to see the anonymous, identified and enriched users growth.
In this module, you can see all the clusters in your Epica platform. You can select a range of time, assets if you have several domains, type of clusters (descriptive or predictive clusters) and groups of clusters.
You are able to see all the information of the clusters, included name, data collection period, how many users have the clusters and wich asset belongs.
In compare two dates module, you can choose a frame time to see the anonymous, and identified users growth. Also, have the option to download the table with all the information.
In this module, you can see all the enriched users who visited your website and see the growth of each day.
If you have more than one asset, you can select any of them, choose between several enrichment categories, set a time range and download a table with that information.

Regarding your product feed of product or content, you can see a table with the score of the products, that you have in your web site and know which is the highest conversion rate between your users.
You have the option to select a brand, rank, score, category, subcategory, title, URL and see the image, as long as you made a product feed following these rules
- Short URLs
In this section, you can see the behavior of your short URLs and variables of them, only need to search by name or real URL, even you can filter by date or metavariable if you assigned any.
You are able to see and download the total of clicks by date of your URLs and see a chart with the behavior through the days. Also, you can compare several URLs.
- Analytical report
This module allows seeing the behavior through the taxonomy of your website and a select maximum of 5 dimensions to know unique users and total events.
You have the option to filter regarding several digital assets, a specific or personalized dates range and see the information in accordance with your time zone.
once you select your metrics, asset, and range date, you need to press the built report button.
You will see a table with your dimensions and metrics, you could filter according to the data of the different dimensions.
You can copy or download the data in CSV or Excel format.
